SpencerOS Terms of Use
Effective date: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of SpencerOS, a content operations service provided for authorized brand teams. By using SpencerOS, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use
You may connect and operate only accounts, content, and business assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, disclosures, and platform compliance of every instruction and item of content you submit.
Connected platforms
SpencerOS uses official authorization and publishing interfaces made available by third-party platforms, including TikTok. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, policies, feature availability, and review decisions. SpencerOS does not guarantee that a platform will accept, publish, distribute, or retain any submission.
Publishing controls
Before a direct post, you must review the destination account, content, caption, privacy selection, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosures, and music-use confirmation. You authorize the specific action when you submit it. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, music, or other rights.
Commercial and AI-generated content
You must accurately identify promotional content, paid partnerships, and your own brand promotions using the controls provided. You must also make any required disclosure for AI-generated or materially altered content.
Service availability
The service may be changed, suspended, or limited for maintenance, security, legal, platform-policy, or operational reasons. Features that depend on a third-party review remain unavailable until that review is approved.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use SpencerOS to access another person’s account without permission, bypass platform safeguards, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, or interfere with the service.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your devices and connected accounts and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may revoke a connection when required to protect users, platforms, or the service.
Disclaimer and limitation
SpencerOS is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, moderation decisions, account restrictions, or changes to external APIs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Questions can be submitted through our contact page.
