SpencerOS Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SpencerOS handles information when users connect accounts and operate the content service.
Information we collect
- Account and authorization data: identifiers, display name, avatar, authorization scopes, and access credentials supplied through a connected platform’s official authorization flow.
- Content and instructions: videos, captions, publishing settings, disclosures, and commands selected by the user.
- Operational records: request times, processing status, external post identifiers, errors, verification results, model usage, cost, and security events.
- Support information: information you send through our contact channel.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate connected accounts, display the correct creator identity and options, carry out user-requested actions, verify results, prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions, troubleshoot failures, improve routing and reliability, maintain security, and comply with law and platform requirements.
TikTok data
When a user connects TikTok, SpencerOS requests only the permissions needed for the selected workflow. TikTok data is used to show the connected creator and to upload or publish content the user explicitly selects. SpencerOS does not sell TikTok user data or use it for targeted advertising.
Sharing
We share information with a connected platform when needed to complete the user’s requested action, and with infrastructure providers that help operate and secure the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain authorization data and operational records only as long as needed for the connected service, security, verification, legal obligations, and legitimate operational purposes. Users may request disconnection or deletion through our contact page. Revoking access on the connected platform stops future access but may not remove records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
Security
We use access controls, scoped credentials, protected local storage, audit records, and verification checks designed to reduce unauthorized use. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline authorization, choose not to publish, change available posting settings, revoke SpencerOS access from the connected platform, or request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal information. Some requests may require identity verification.
Children
SpencerOS is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children under 13.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The current effective date appears above. Privacy and data requests can be submitted through our contact page.
